Noobing has changed its model. Rather than being a place where you can earn a considerable amount of cash for reviewing and rating sites, it is now just a place where you can advertise your site, review other sites, and get a small amount of money for your rating services. They have plans to enhance their affiliate program but right now it is a wait and see.
