Many of you have been asking me how the Royal Cruise Compensation Plan Works. The easiest way for you to grab a hold of it and to fully appreciate how truly incredible this one of a kind comp plan is would be for you to read the brief story of what I experienced in just the first few days in this program. Keep in mind that my results are based on aggressive sponsoring, despite the fact that there are no sponsoring requirements. And on that note – everyone who joins this program has essentially two choices to make regarding the no sponsoring feature – you can either wait for spillover to build your business or you can go to work and make it happen for yourself. In my case, I did not receive and spillover in the place where all of us start out – Tier 1 Cycle 1. Keep in mind that we have a very unique 3-Tier system, and that each Tier is a 2 by 3 Forced Matrix. When all 15 positions (counting you at the top) of any given 2 by 3 Tier get filled in, you will “Cycle” and move on.

I joined Royal Cruise Matrix at the opening on Monday Evening November 9th and by Tuesday morning, I completed Tier 1 Cycle 1 – and I earned $100 (Got my money Right Back!) and upon cycling, I was then “cloned” into two people: I remained in Tier 1 – but I started a brand new 2 by 3 matrix called Tier 1 Cycle 2. And my “clone” was entered into Tier 2 Cycle 1 and that’s where it gets really COOL, because I’ve been having people drop in there from the Company! – That’s Right! – I’m getting spillover from the Company, coming from people in other organizations who are being placed into my Tier 2 Cycle 1 matrix!. I had called my sponsor to ask him who the people were – but he didn’t know any of them. I then called Ron Ottoviano (the founder of RCM) and he confirmed that the spillover I’ve been seeing in my Tier 2 Cycle 1 matrix is Company-Forced! WOW! As I am writing this, I’ve now got 10 people in my Tier 2 Cycle 1 matrix – 6 from company spill and 4 of my personals who have cycled through Tier 1 Cycle 1.

By Tuesday at 4 pm, my Tier 1 Cycle 2 filled in and I earned $500 and got entered into Tier 1 Cycle 3. By the following morning (Wed morning) I filled Tier 1 Cycle 3 and earned another $500 and got entered into Tier 1 Cycle 4 – and as I am writing this I only need 4 more people to complete Tier 1 Cycle 4 and I’ll earn another $500. So I wrapped up my first few days in Royal Cruise Matrix by earning $1100.00 (less my one-time $100 purchase) for a net $1,000 profit – not bad at all for starters – and I know this is only going to get more and more exciting in the days, weeks and months ahead!

NOTE: As your personally sponsored members Cycle out of Tier 1 Cycle 1, they rejoin you in Tier 1 – in your current Tier 1 Cycle – and this makes your 2 by 3 matrix in each Tier fill in faster and makes you cycle faster. Their “clones” join you in Tier 2 Cycle 1 – helping to fill that 2 by 3 matrix in and this along with the spill from the company will help your Tier 2 Cycle 1 matrix fill in very quickly. Keep in mind that the first filled-in 2 by 3 Tier 2 Cycle pays $500.00 at which point you will be “cloned” once again and your second “clone” will enter into Tier 3 Cycle 1. At this point – you and your two “clones” are in 3 different on-going Tiers – Tier 1, which from the second cycle on out, pays $500/cycle, Tier 2, which pays $500 for the first cycle and then $5,000 from the second cycle on out and Tier 3 – the BIG ONE – which pays $25,000 for the First Cycle – and for Every Cycle from the second one on out! Oh and let’s not forget that the sponsor of each person who cycles through Tier 3 will receive a $10,000 matching Bonus – And this will happen Every Time one of their personally referred members cycles through Tier 3.
