On August 17, 2012, the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina (the “Court”) entered an order which, among other provisions, appointed Kenneth D. Bell (the “Receiver”) the temporary receiver to liquidate the Receivership Defendant Rex Venture Group, LLC d/b/a ZeekRewards.com, any of its subsidiaries, whether incorporated or unincorporated, and any businesses or business names under which it does business (the “Receivership Defendant”). On May 8, 2013, the Court entered an order that authorized the Claim Process, set the Bar Date and authorized certain notice procedures in regard to the Claim Process and the Bar Date.

You are receiving this Notice because our records indicate you may hold a claim against the Receivership Defendant. Receiving this Notice does not mean that you hold a claim.

Deadlines for Submitting Claims

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors, including Affiliates, of the Receivership Defendant must file their claim with the Receiver so that it is actually uploaded and submitted on the Receiver’s Claim Portal (located at www.zeekrewardsreceivership.com) by 11:59 p.m. (Prevailing Eastern Time) September 5, 2013 (the “Bar Date”) or such claim will be forever barred (unless the creditor has obtained an extension of the Bar Date from the Receiver for good cause). All claims must be filed with the Receiver electronically on the Receiver’s online Claim Portal at www.zeekrewardsreceivership.com.

TelexFREE March 29 2013 Updates

When you look at the massive growth with this company there comes challenges you have to overcome. Be patient. Telex is aware of most of the challenges we face. They know the software system has glitches. They know the server migration afftected the binary pay time. They know we are delayed in payments. They know bank deposits are not being populated quickly enough. Be patient. Let the grass grow, before we play football! There are 3 IT departments working on fixing the issues that come up. There were many issues with the binary payments the past week. They had all 3 IT companies working on this. They had to go in and go line by line code by code to find the problem. Some contracts were working on and some contracts were not. So they had to figure out why. The database was correct but the program was not working correctly. So this affected the commission payments being made this week. So the commissions have been delayed this week, but it is fixed now so you should get the funds on Saturday and next Monday.

Right now the company is getting ready to purchase a 4 or 5 million dollar building in the US to staff for customer service. Thank Goodness!

There was a Special Guest on the Call:
Originally from Brazil. Now lives in US. Went to Brazil for the latest event. There were only 400 tickets sold for the event. They were sold out in 20 minutes. He visited the office in Brazil. Was very pleased to see the operation there. Thought they were very professional. Met some of the corporate team. Thought they were all very friendly and nice people. The event was great. Showed the video from Celso Freitas. Learned a lot about TelexCOMMERCE.

Team Builder Qualification:

Qualification for Marketing:

This first level of earnings is made by simply posting your preselected ad/ads daily. The key is being consistent because if you miss a day…you start the week over. I know the PHP coop has a lot of people excited and people are not really sure what to expect or even if we will actually pull this off. I can assure you things are going as planned it takes a few days to get the marketing cranked up and the distributors coming in. Let me explain the process: the first step is you have the test the pages for conversion, once the conversion numbers are were they need to be then its time to open the flood gates. The reason this is so important, the leads the marking company sends to are very responsive and it is a big waste of time, money, and effort to launch a huge campaign to a page that is not converting. We tested the pages before and the conversion was good but to produce the numbers needed to fill all the orders and continue to grow it needed to be a little better. We have made several changes and we are very close. I feel all orders will be filled within the next week and ongoing orders should only take around 48hrs to fill. I know it is hard to stay patient with so many people counting on this system to help explode your business in 2013 but it is coming and will be worth the small wait. To help answer everyones questions we will be doing a PHP training webinar Saturday 1-12-13 at 12pm EST at www.epxtraining.com.

I also wanted to give an update on back orders. We have been experiencing some back orders because of the amazing growth over the last 2 weeks. Our enrollments have gone up close to 1000% which is great and we are prepared for this type of growth in the future. We should be caught up on all backorders mid next week and we have increased our inventory dramatically to be prepared for long term growth. I know this can be frustrating but it will be worth it. I was phoned by a good friend and colleague asking me if my ears were burning.
I said “What”?
He said well my name was mentioned on some call hosted by some guy named Michael Rothermel.
My colleague told me that Michael claims that I sent him an email about ProfitableSunrise.

Michael Rothermel announced on some ProfitableSunrise conference call that Faith Sloan sent him an email announcing that ProfitableSunrise is coming back.

THE DEVIL IS A LIE!
I do NOT know Michael Rothermel.
I do NOT sit on any of is conference calls.
Are you kidding me? He is holding conference calls about Profitable Sunrise?

Michael did get back with me and wrote:

Faith, the email below came across my desk today. I sent it out not realizing that it was a month old. I did not say on the call that you said it was coming back nor any statement that would resemble it. People tend to hear what they want. I may have said “I think it may come back” but nothing more than that.
I did say that the email appeared to originate from you but I did not say you sent it to me.
I will send out an email with your wish granted; ie. Faith Sloan did NOT say that ProSun was coming back, for clarity to whomever thought that was what they heard.
The email seems to have originated with GIR alliance, aka Jon Simmons.
If there are any other misunderstandings I can clear up for You, please let me know.

Update: I noticed I missed a phone call. So I dialed the number at 10:23pm CST and lo and behold, it was Michael.
He said that he did NOT mention my name nor said the email was from me. I asked him why my phone is jumping off the hook tonight about his call. Then he said he doesn’t know but insists that the email originated from me. I told him it did not. Then he said it was from GIR. I said absolutely. Then he went back and said it originated from me. So I just told him outright no it DID NOT! Then he claims he didn’t mention me on the call. Sounds like a freakin bunch of cyclical redundancies of contradictions. In any case, he was very manly and hung up on me. LOL! Thank you very much. Stranger things have happened…

That video is ridiculous. The profitablesunrise image they are showing is the last image they had on file when the site was UP. The date last checked means that it is the time they last checked the site. They check everyone’s site every day. That doesn’t mean the site is up. Do you see the site up? The guy in the video is not quite in his right mind.
Video Dude is showing that blacklotus is up. We know it is up. LOADS of sites use them for DDOS protection. That is their BUSINESS. Has nothing to do with the status of profitablesunrise. Profitablesunrise used their services. That’s it!

The ip address has nothing to do with a po box analogy. Get outta heah!
Even looking at the video, you can see plainly that the the last time profitablesunrise.com was updated in the registry is 05january2013. Plain and simply … no one has bought nor transferred the profitablesunrise.com domain name. It is active because it expires in 2017. That is all that means.

Domain does NOT equal to webserver. You can go buy a domain name right now for 1 year, 5 years or whatever. But you can choose to do absolutely nothing with it. It is still gonna be considered REGISTERED and ACTIVE. That has nothing to do with the WEBSITE being REGISTERED and ACTIVE.
He says he is looking at the other sites affiliated with profitablesunrise.com. THAT IS NOT WHAT THAT IS. THAT IS SHOWING YOU the domain names that the novak dude associated with profitablesunrise.com. LOL!
