In order to use STPay funds to pay, you must have an account with SolidTrustPay. The account can be funded through the following modes:

1 ACH/ EFT Direct Bank Transfer

3 Business Cheques/ Money Orders

4 Credit Card

Accounts bought using STPay funds are immediately approved and placed into the system.

Credit/Debit Card Payment Option

SolidTrustPay is our authorized card processing partner and all Credit/Debit card transactions involve phone verification and manual transaction authenticity checks. Once the payment is done, you will receive a notification via email and the account will be placed in “Under Approval” mode before being added to the system. On successful verification of the transaction, post multiple fraud screening processes including IP Detection, checking previous refund/chargeback abuse records, address/phone/geographic checks and manual trace measures; the account is placed into the system and a welcome mail along with the invoice is sent to the user. This has been done to ensure the safety of our company and the members. All CC transactions normally take 1-2 hours to get approved but the maximum turnaround time for each approval is 24 hours.
